A community enterprise

THE Majestic Theatre is owned and operated by Pomona Progress Art Tourism Inc, a not-for-profit, community-based association, incorporated in Queensland since 1995.

Pomona Inc has appointed a Board of Management to handle the day-to-day business of the theatre and oversee its further development

Members are Stephen Hilditch, Pomona Inc president and manager of Pomona Real Estate; Pomona Inc secretary Lesley Matthews, a legal secretary; Gwen Morton, treasurer of Pomona Inc and a partner in Cooroora Books; journalist Roy Harbour; and Anne Coombes, a theatre stage and costume designer with overseas experience whose local business link is Hollyhock Cottage.

The Administration Manager is Sian Davis and the Board continues to draw on the unparalleled experience and expertise of organist and former owner Ron West.
